I visited this restaurant yesterday for dessert, and from the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Our waiter was especially prompt and charismatic, making the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Hussein, who truly stood out for his friendliness and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after, which made a lasting impression. To top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised when they offered us a complimentary dessert — such a thoughtful and generous gesture that really elevated our visit. Mothers Day 2026 ITS NOT WHAT HAPPENS… BUT HOW ITS HANDLED!!👏 We came in for a afternoon meal for Mother’s Day. It was extremely busy from the minute we sat down. Our waiter explained there will be a delay due to some unexpected issues. We were offered complementary drinks and the staff continuously came over to check we were okay and to thank us for the wait. The food was perfect. I have been to the Banc 5 times now, this was by far the longest wait, but the staff’s incredible hard work more than made up for it. I could see tables around us less patient than us, but we made the most of our free drinks, had a laugh and enjoyed our Sunday! Will be sure to come back, if this is the worst it gets, I’ll be happy to return many times in the future. Thanks again team!! ~ Costa K

Fantastic restaurant - great food and friendly staff! Went to The Banc for a birthday celebration, and we all really enjoyed the evening. There are a wide range of dishes available on the menu, from starters through to desserts, and the food was delicious. I had the Borek to start with, followed by Sarma Lamb Beyti, both of which I would definitely recommend. The others in our party had the Short Beef Ribs, the Classic Beefburger, and the creamy chicken and mushroom pasta, with everyone really enjoying the great food. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the decor and ambience really made for a great evening. I would definitely recommend The Banc if you are looking for somewhere to eat that offers a great menu and along with perfect decor and atmosphere! ~ Paul L

I had a really good experience at this restaurant. The place was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming Mr. OM the commis waiter he was very nice and give a details attention from the moment I walked in. The food was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. You can tell they use good-quality ingredients, and everything tasted just right. The portion sizes were perfect—not too little, not too much. Service was quick and professional. We didn’t have to wait long, and the staff checked in just enough without being too much. Overall, it was a pleasant visit with great food and service at a fair price. Today, I had the pleasure of visiting The Banc Brasserie after seeing Manager James on instagram rave about their starter, the dynamite prawns. Intrigued by the enticing advertisement, I knew I had to experience it for myself. I’m thrilled to report that the dynamite prawns lived up to the hype! They were absolutely delicious—definitely the best I’ve tasted. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was top-notch. In addition to the fantastic food, the staff at The Banc Brasserie were exceptionally well-presented and incredibly friendly. Their attentive service added to the overall enjoyable experience. EDITED UPDATE SECOND VISIT : I went to the bank for new years and it was terrible, set menu was limited and it was said to be for time purposes but we waited so long for our food even had to ask someone for the dessert menu while we sat there with no food, just felt ignored one of the waiters even had to ask us did we order mains after seeing us sitting there with no food for so long just such a different experience from our first time I will never be back, customer service was one of the things I valued about my first Visit but this second dining experience was terrible and this was going to become my new regular food place and I will NEVER be back here again, OLD REVIEW - Food was good enjoyed my meal, customer service was amazing which I value will defo be back here ~ TheOneAndOnly.Emilia Y

Brilliant food but what topped it off was the service. Our waiter Fonzi was amazing. He really builds an instant rapport with customers and takes pride in treating people like he really cares. He made the night! Will 100% request to sit in his area when returning. Lamb cutlets were so good - would be great if they were on the main menu as they're on the starters which was strange. Portions online look deceiving as things are served on large plates so we ordered extra bits but portions are big which is great! Cocktails tasted AMAZING but were lacking volume so a couple sips and they're done which was the only downside. Thanks for a lovely evening and thanks Fonzi for being a super star waiter! ~ Kiah N

I visited The Banc in Enfield on New Year’s Eve with my fiancé and we had such a beautiful experience. We went for the 3 course dinner and every single dish was absolutely amazing. The food was honestly to die for and tasted incredible from start to finish. (Forgot to take a picture of my starter because it looked so good!!!😳) The atmosphere was perfect for New Year’s Eve, really lively and special without feeling overwhelming. The staff were also fantastic, so kind, attentive and always there when we needed anything, which made the whole evening feel even more enjoyable. We had such a lovely New Year’s celebration here and we’re so grateful to the team for making it special. The Banc is a lovely place to dine with family and friends and very accommodating to those who are coming to celebrate. The waiter served the table of 10 people so well, professionally and didn’t miss a beat. He was kind and checked in on us. I think his name was Mo. What I ordered was tasty but I would not go for again. The chicken tacos and prawn starter was overloaded with too much sauce for me. It was nice just too much sauce. The burger was nice but nothing too spectacular. The drinks….YUM!!! So my 4/5 for the food is only based on what I ordered. Despite that I will 100% return again it is an 10/10 restaurant and next time I will try something new. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, tasty food and great drinks. ~ Jade

Fantastic !!! My first visit to the new branch in Enfield was amazing! The staff, the service and the decor are lovely and the food is incredible! We had the Chicken and Waffles and the BBQ Chicken Burger. The fried chicken is cooked to perfection. Light and fluffy batter which was not greasy, just perfectly cooked. The BBQ sauce was a nicely blended smokey honey flavour with a light salad in a toasted bun and delicious Skin-on French fires. The waffles were thick, fluffy and soft with a perfectly balanced sweet maple syrup. We had more waffles topped with banana, berries and chocolate sauce for dessert with very good quality coffee served with hot milk to accompany. This was pure heaven for dessert lovers !!! This is my new favourite restaurant and I will be bringing all my friends here and organising some group events asap !!! :))) ~ SteveRodgers

Me and my mum went to The Banc a few weeks ago as per recommendation from a close friend of the owner and I must say it didn’t disappoint. We were met a lovely young lady at the front of house named Michaela, who was very warm and pleasant. She gave us a table of our choosing, helped with recommendations for food & drink and she also informed of us of upcoming events leading up to the new year. I spoke with the owner briefly and he was very hospitable too. The food was outstanding, with a good variety of dishes, the drinks were lovely, the wait times were short and the decor was to die for; honestly you would think you were eating at a restaurant in Covent Garden. It’s also an easy venue to get to whether you’re taking your own transportation or using public transport. I’ll definitely be returning again in the near future! ~ Kaireece D

Facilities was beautiful a pretty lady was at reception we sat near the kitchen where I could see all the activities the waiter was very attentive we choose our meal and the sever complement us on choice and he was right meal was delicious even the bottle was was great it was clean if you can describe water as that it just tasted great music was lovely vibes right thy kept coming to ask if everything was OK as it was my birthday thy song to with a little cake loved it met the manager very lovely and most importantly the meat is halal we had to see bathroom take such it was ok and it was definitely will be going back and will be spreading the word only as I said to manager there should be a dance area ~ morell n

Went with a group of my family on wednesday for my mums birthday. The food was absolutely brilliant, and we had such a lovely time dining here with the family. I ordered the BBQ combo meal, which came out quickly and was delicious — the bread was the icing on the cake. One of the waiters, Michael, really stood out with his excellent service. wasn’t able to give him a tip but I wanted to leave something more special by sharing this review. The manager was also incredibly kind, with a great ethos that really shines through in the way the whole place is run. The staff overall were absolutely fantastic and made the experience memorable. Highly recommend! When going look out for a young black king called Michael!!! He’s Amazing!!! ~ Jamie

We have just left this establishment and one word SENSATIONAL. From the welcome greeting to the service was spot on. Myself, my partner and our two kids decided to try out the newly opened restaurant and got to say we will definitely be back soon. The staff was polite and great, making us feel so welcomed and engaged with us with banter and lovely conversation. My partner ordered the sea bass and myself not being a big sea bass lover I must say I will be ordering that dish next time as the flavours were out of this world- the best sea bass I’ve tasted. The rest of the food was aLeo amazingly delicious. Even when leaving all the staff said goodbye and thank you. Thank you for a wonderful evening and meal. You will be seeing us soon again. ~ Jason J

The Banc Brasserie is one of the best restaurants I have been to in Enfield and in London. The quality of the food is top notch, the waiters and servers are attentive, friendly and welcoming and the manager James was a friendly delight. The food from the original Banc and here were the same, quality wise, and therefore the Banc never disappoints. I was struggling to pick a favourite food and price wise it is 100% worth it. The Pornstar Martini and Mai Tai were delicious and the decor gave a luxurious feel, with a high end but comfortable atmosphere. I went for the dinner and I will definitely be back again and I want to try the breakfast & lunch as well. A 10/10 experience for me. Would definitely recommend! ~ Taneshia D

Very attentive service, one of the owners was also there at the time which is always great to see. The mains were good and were in good portions. The truffle fries were amazing and the beef tacos were quite small but did have a nice flavour to it. Quite nice decor and location is brilliant, you don’t have to worry about parking. Couple of things which are very minimal, it was at least 30 minutes wait in between the starters and mains which is not ideal. The chicken shish is Turkish style and I know we don’t have too much flavour/seasoning when we marinate but I think if it had more flavour it would be a 10/10 dish as I really needed the garlic sauce but it was nice thick chunks but cooked to perfection not tough at all. Would definitely recommend this place, and I wish them all the best. ~ Ibo S

I had a great experience at The Banc Enfield. The atmosphere is stylish and relaxed, the food was excellent, and the cocktails were amazing. The bartender really stood out — super friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does. He made some fantastic drinks and took the time to recommend cocktails that suited our taste perfectly. The service was quick, the staff were welcoming, and the whole vibe of the place made the evening even better. If you’re looking for a place with great food, great drinks, and a bartender who knows how to take care of guests, this is definitely the spot. For their first year they did well on a busy Mothers day, yes orders took a little longer, but I have been here twice before and it was instant. But despite how busy it was, the presentation and quality was still there. Servers are polite, helpful, front of house was really attentive and relatable she did her job professionally but honestly. Can't knock them for that. They were polite despite being clearly rushed off their feet serving customers and helping new staff. I applaud them highly for their first year. I recommend the Mediterranean brunch, dynamite prawn and the fresh smoothies. Avo-go-go for me. Their evening menu with the fresh bread? 😍 ~ Vanessa L

The food was absolutely delicious! I had the prawn starter and the mixed grill for my main — the meat was tender, soft, and perfectly cooked. The drinks list was fantastic, and the service from our waiter Sheik was attentive, kind, and very accommodating. We celebrated a friend’s birthday and the staff went above and beyond, bringing dessert and even singing for them, which made the evening extra special. The owners were present, greeting and checking on every table, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant was clean, lively, and had a great vibe with a live DJ and excellent music. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed — delicious food, stunning décor, a warm ambience, and exceptional service. The grilled halloumi with fig jam, dynamite prawns, and boneless wings were particular standouts — we’ll definitely be ordering those again. I am genuinely impressed. The restaurant has a lovely, modern feel with a cosy atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. The service is excellent, absolutely lived the staffs are friendly, welcoming, and very attentive throughout our visit. The food is the yummylicious.
